Tinted (White) spray in bed liner problem

Ok Guys here's a weird one. I bought a pair of really nice box sides a couple of years ago and the inside of the box was sprayed with a bed liner that was color tinted white. I need it to be a different color but was wondering what the odds were to just paint over it or maybe just plan on taking it somewhere and have it re sprayed to match. Just wondering on my options.
