C20 crossmember and control arms on c10
Looking for opinions. I bought a complete crossmember with control arms from a c20 to use in my c10. I know the upper balljoints can be swapped to c10. The lower control arms have bigger balljoints than the c10. So do I just get some c10 lowers and use them or do I ream drop spindles I have to work with the c20 balljoints? I have read that the c20 lower arms have a bigger pocket for the airbag cup to sit into. Thanks

Re: C20 crossmember and control arms on c10
What year of C20 suspension are you working with? I doubt that a C10 lower ball joint is going to fit a C20 control arm. I don't think I would swap to a C20 suspension even if there is a little more room for a air bag cup. When installing a air bag cup, you are cutting a hole in the control arm anyway. Just cut the C10 arms to fit a bigger cup if that is what you want.

80s style. Correct the lower balljoints don't swap. Not sure if I feel like reaming the spindles to take the bigger ball joints.
