steering column diameter & spline count

Bought this from CPP http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/63-72...0744QQtcZphoto... And they have asked me this...."

Can anyone help me answer this, or tell me where the splines are that I can count, and where the output is so I can try and measure the diameter.
