New urethane shackle bushings
Got new ones but they don't fit because their is a spacer in the shackle and springs do you have to remove the spacer looks like they are in their to stay.

Flat chisel on the end and fold it inwards

Looks like the outer shell of a rubber bushing is still in there.
A new rubber bushing would not fit without pressing it out either |

Got them out used a sawzall and a chisel.
