Chrome vent window frames
What year or option code would you need to get the chrome vent window frames. I have them off of a 70 Suburban. Could I put them on a 72 C-10 and they would be right?

Re: Chrome vent window frames
Probably depends on the option package, as you suggest. My '72 K20 has 'em.

Re: Chrome vent window frames
They will fit. Do you mean: ''Would chrome vent window frames look weird on a truck that had black frames? ''
IDK? That's really an aesthetics call. They might stick out, visually, but as long as they didn't squeak, whistle in a high wind or at speed, I'd be fine with them. Better than a black frame with sun-hardened, cracked, brittle rubber, loose pivot-rivet, rattling glass, and a cabin leak that doubles as an audio airspeed indicator.
