This carb was on my truck when I bought it in 2020. It was installed by the previous owner and has about 7,000 miles on it. It worked quite well for me. It has a manual choke. The following items are included:

Jet/rod/spring tuning kit, $60 value
Fuel line/ steel mesh filter kit, $50 value
PCV valve & OE-style hose
