Post O2 Sensors

Does anyone have personal experience with Bosch one-wire O2 sensors? Are they any good? I can get one for my '93 at Autozone for $19, and the dealer wants $107 for a AC sensor. Seems too good to be true.

I've got bosch O2 sensors from AutoZone in two of my cars.They pass emissions with no problems.
