That seems impossible. All the gauges and speedo are computer controlled. Besides that who would want that headache

There's a pic somewhere on here where someone did this to a yellow stepside(I think). It looked great, but I agree that it would be painful.

It can be done, and I have seen it at a few shows. I have some pics from here and some I took. If I can dig them up Ill post them.
Anyway, I think the original dash looks better then those in our trucks.

Here is the only one I have on this computer. Someone on this forum posted this picture before, they may have more.

I like it but would probably would never try to do it just cause of the pain it would be to make it fit.
also he says it will be a direct bolt in for a 88-94 truck... is this true?

I love that upgraded look you get the best of both worlds.... classic body style will a cool interior(kind of tired of the simplicity of the old interiors). I thought I heard though that this one didn't look very good by the windsheil when installed. If I did this I would want it to look like it was made to fit and to have it rattle and squeak free when completed
How much would you probly have to cut to make it fit good? I'm planning on doing my interior in the next 5 or so years so this is a very possible option.

I think that's my pic posted above. Here's the truck that it in. It was in Truckin (I think) a couple moths ago. I don't have a problem with the dash, but the doors panels would need to blend for me to like it...

I like the original dashes, nice chrome details, timeless look. The newer dashes are just a hunk of crappy plastic if you ask me. The gauges are fugly and the heater/ac controls are like those in a KIA

I like the custom idea but id prefer to go the other way. If I was going to cut my dash out Id rather see a 57 chevy dash or something in mine...corn

I don't know about the dash, but I would take a 6.0 Liter out of a new truck to put in mine. Not that I could afford it (there is one 10 miles from me...)
