I'm assuming it's a coil sprung rear since you say convert from 2wd to 4wd. Most of the dana 60s were leaf sprung though even in the 2wd. That could be a factor. The 4.10s are not that uncommon but the posi can be rebuilt(should be a powr-loc). If it was open and had 4.56s and on the east coast I'd give a couple hundred.

leaf spring
I agree most if not all dana 60's I've seen are leafs. I beleive leaf perches on 2 wheel drives and 4 wheel drives have different pad seperations though. I would assume good welder could cut off old ones, grind smooth and put new ones in proper location. I thought there may be difference with axle dia., brake specs or overall width.

coil sprung dana 60's came behind a 396/402 in c/20 trucks and burbs. since it has leafs, it most likely came from a GMC c/2500 non big block, but that is pure speculation on my part. it is possible to grind off old leaf perches and weld on new ones, but you have to be careful so you don't warp anything. i am going to do the same thing with my HO52, as it originally came from a coil sprung c/20.
