takes the harness from a flat plug to a curved plug.....

i got mine when i bought a new blinker switch it came with it....

Guess I've never looked at them, thought they were the same.

But makes sense if your using the later model van column...

JUST A LITTLE WIRING ADAPTER TO GO FROM FLAT TO HALF MOOM ON YOUR TURN SIGNAL SWITCH. ALL THE REPLACEMENT TURN SIG. SWITCHES FROM G.M. ARE FLAT PLUG STYLE NOW, BUT I THINK YOU CAN GET HALF MOON SHAPED REPOPS FROM SOME VENDORS. JOHN

Brian sorry I only have one and its attached to a new turn signal harness. # on the box I have D6216 Delco Remy and on the little deal your wanting # D-8-67 is all I can find, good luck, Thanks Randy
