Sucessful Painless install
Just finished testing all circuits, everything works great. Looks like I need a new heater switch though, I was kinda expecting that. :p

Good Job!!! A little better than me, I had to replace Ignition Switch, Heater Resitor, headlight switch and a bad dimmer switch in a new Flaming River Steering Column . I ordered a new headlight switch because the old one wouldn't keep the knob back in place and the new switch was a real peice of $hit, so I figured I would try the old one again and this time it decided to get with the program. The only wiring left is for the tail lights and as soon as I put the bed back on that will be done.

Did you run into any problems or hangups?
How many circuits was the unit you installed...?

It's an 18 circuit kit, no hang-ups at all. I would have bought a 12 circuit kit if I could have found one for my truck, because I honestly don't think I need cruise control or power doors. I like to keep it simple but the kit was very easy to install.

Thanks a lot Randy, from reading your posts and seeing how nice your new harness looked compared to my old hacked up one, you made me go out and buy one for my truck. You should know I can't afford it.
