Rear Window Decal ????
Just wanted some opinions here.
I've been wanting a rear window "bowtie" decal for some time now. I'm looking at getting the large, hollow, outline style (approx 2" wide), in white. The height and width (in proper proportion, of course) would cover a large portion of the window. The window is a slider, so the decal will need to be cut. A Buddy of mine is a body man at a local shop. He said that his "decal guy" would get me the decal for about $25 (approx. $15 to $20 US). This seems like a good price. So what do you guys think? Do you like this style of decal? This obviously is not a show/racing truck (see avatar) , but I think the white bowtie would go well with the monochrome white of the truck. Thoughts??? |

since you asked for an opinion... i wouldnt do it. IMO it looks like @$$ on any truck. im just not a big fan of big stickers, or lots of stickers, looks too hillbilly for my taste. hmmm, looks too hillbilly? and this from a guy who is considering putting chrome stacks through the bed for exhaust.

Just kidding of course. I realize that all of this is just a matter of personal taste (or lack of it ). I guess, I can always try it out and see how it looks. If it ends up looking too cheezy, it comes off and I'm only out about $30. |
