Fuel Pump

When I get on the gas around 45-55 my truck stumbles like crazy. It did this with my old Quadrajet and with my new Eddy 1904, so the carb can't be the problem. I think its the fuel pump, what do you guys think? How hard is it to change the fuel pump?

BTW, the new carb runs awesome besides the stumble, and no more gas smell from the exhaust!
