400 because its on the curved part of the fender and the paint will have to be color matched.
why not just do a frame off? you have an excuse!!

Mine was about 800 for something similar. But not as bad as that

Might be cheaper to buy a new fender, install it yourself, and then have it painted to match.

Go to a good junk yard pick aout a good fender and have repainted to match your truck. It should be cheaper
