Concord/Kannapolis, NC Members

Was it a board member here that revved up at me at the Wilco on 29? If not a board member then at least I can say I seen a nice truck today. Had no fenders/hood but it sounded mean. Primer gray swb, was it anyone here?!?

Yea I have to agree. That is a nice place. I lived there from oct '84 til Aug 89. Lived back in Carolando Estates, Bought my '69 on Hwy 28 between Concord & Kannapplis way back in Dec '84. Nice truck, nice small town (at least back then. I still miss the old hardware store in Concord.......

Concord has grown beyond belief since 89. Once they finally passed liquor by the drink the town has exploded with sweet restaurants, Concord Mills(the monster mall) etc. Hope all those backwoods old farts that battled alchohol are boycotting all the new places to eat and shop.... I seriously doubt it.
