Brake warning light...
The Brake warning light came on today in my 90 suburban, haven't touched the brake system in months, checked the fluid level and it's fine, burb seems to still stop fine..what should I check?? Thanks- Steve

I can think of two things that can trip the light:
1. Loose parking brake pedal. 2. Faulty brake line pressure switch. Good luck!

I would suggest checking the brake proportioning valve, and possibly replacing it. Trace the coil lines from the master cylinder to under the lower radiator shroud to it. I went to the salvage and got another one and now mine does not come on.
