Do Board Members get discounts?
I think I remember reading a post that mentioned a couple of our board's vendors offering a slight discount to other members on parts and things. Anyone know for sure, and which vendor?
The reason I am asking is....this past weekend I wrapped up making the boards to replace the original wood in my stepside (short) bed. Made from rough cut Red Oak, so several hours went into getting them down to size and smooth....but that's neither here nor there.... I need to find a good deal on new bed strips, new angle strips (each side), complete bed bolt set, mounting pads, and heat shield for my new bed wood. Not looking for chrome or stainless or polished, just regular old metal ones that can be painted to match the truck. Thanks in advance...... :p

Yes several of the vendors do. I know I have received some good deals from Tim at http://www.christiansclassics.com/ and I know Rick's has a one week deal and a one month deal with some very good prices.

Thanks for the input. I knew I could call any of the vendors listed and get award winning service, but every dollar counts. I will give some (or all) of these listed above a call and see what kind of deals they can offer me.
