What about this one 4 sale?? Your Opinion
: I found a 67'C10, only 73K, little rust on the rockers, 250 straight 6, recent clutch. The bad part is this thing was all original and the guy bought it a few months ago, went a stripped most of the paint with some airplane stripper and rattle can primerd so it looks bad now. Then, he put a 2 dial radio in it and some thief tried to pry it out and Mangled the dash and ashtray !!
This truck was really clean and the paint was just faded 5mos. ago. He's asking $1000 for it but I think I can get it for $800 or so. It drives fairly well and the 3 on the tree shifts nice. How do I cut out another entire dash? Or should I just cut it at the dash pad meeting point? How do the sides and bottom come out? |

Someone else will know better then me, but I know it will be a chore getting the entire dash out, as it is welded in at a few places. Doesn't sound like a bad buy, its hard to tell without pictures but for $800 it doesn't sound bad.

is it long or short?? as for the dash there's a couple of screws on each side then you can cut accross under where the dash pad is and it'll slip right out.
for around here anything that runs shifts and stops would be considered a deal at less than a grand

I believe I saw where Brother's sells a patch panel for mangled radio holes.

67
undefined THE 67 IS A C10 LONG BED. I LOOKED AT THIS TRUCK WAS A NICE ORIGIANAL UNTIL IT WAS SANDED, STRIPPED OF ITS PAINT AND RATTLE CANNED PRIMERD . THE 3SPEED COLUMNSHIFT IS VERY TIGHT, AND THE STEERING IS QUITE RESPONSIVE I JUST WISH IT WAS IN ITS UNALTERD STATE AS BEFORE. I'D GAVE $1200 FOR IT BACK THEN.
