Wanted Qudrajet M4ME parts or running condition
I need the front primary throttle shaft. What happened was when I tried to remove the throttle shaft blades the screw heads snapped off. So that has left me with an unusable shaft to remount the throttle blades. So I need another one or a carb that needs a rebuild but in working condition that I could salvage some parts from. I mainly need the primary throttle shaft but it would be nice to have a few other parts.
My carburetor is from a 1984 C10 2wd 305 H vin - Carb number 17084226

I have a complete Q-jet from an 86 305. I think it is the electronic Q-jet. Is that what you are looking for?

Mine isn't electronic I think 1985 was the first year for those. But I dont see why the throttle shaft wouldn't work or the little extras I want.

I saw you post on the parts board also. If Russell doesn't have what you need let me know. I was asking $20 plus shipping for this. I can throw the attaching bolts and any other associated stuff in.

Aye, I know the feeling, I did the same thing to most of my carbs too, but I can check to see if I've got one that is good yet...

One more thing before I forget, I also need the mounting bolts. The two long ones in the front and two small one in back. I had mine but I have lost them for some time now.

I have probably 4 carbs for the 85 and 86 year that you can have for the price of shipping.

I want to open it and see what the APT screw is set at from the factory (the one that limits the downward travel of the metering rods... that the rebuild instructions clearly said not to alter or remove.... that I removed... ) Besides, would be nice to have an extra carb for parts or whatever. Greg, sent you a pm.
