OMG! Washed the truck last night...
I must be loosing it like longhornmail. I actually washed my rustbucket last night.
It hasn't been washed since I've had it (since July), and two years before that it sat in a field so I know it hadn't been washed then. I bought a scrub brush from NAPA, got a 5 gallon bucket of soapy water, and went to work. Scrubbed everything. Now it looks like a different truck! I had a bucket of dirt when I was done, though! Can't believe there actually was a cool truck under all of that filth. lol ------------------ '69 3/4 ton C20 2wd w/ 350ci/400THM and a wood bed! No, but I can take some tonight. Don't have a digital camera, so you'll have to have patience. Not really worth it anyway! Just had to tell someone...excited to be driving around in a clean truck! hehe ------------------ '69 3/4 ton C20 2wd w/ 350ci/400THM and a wood bed! I know! HAHA! Taking their shoes off... That's priceless. You all know if and when you EVER get your trucks done that's exactly what you'd make people do when they went to climb in the bed. Take their damn shoes off!
I could just hear myself now: "HEY, damnit! Take your shoes off before you get in there! What the hell's the matter with you!..." hehe ------------------ '69 3/4 ton C20 2wd w/ 350ci/400THM and a wood bed! Yeah, I hear ya. I want even let someone in the passenger seat cross their legs for fear they may scratch the glove box door.

I knew I would catch crap for that! LMAO Half my reason for that is I have problly a grand invested in the bed alone (bed wood, paint ect) and dad and I spent a lot of hours on it to make it look the way it does + if you scratch the varish off it will cause the wood to rot! hehe

I washed mine for some reason when my buddy got married last summer, poor old rusty truck didn't look any better without 3" of mud hanging all over it, just showed more rust. I think I'll wash it one more time before I change cabs and paint it, I hate to get dirt in my eyes when I'm under vehicles..LOL
