A/C Question
Does anyone know if the A/C hoses from a 4.3 V6 will fit a 350 or if the hoses from the axial compressors will fit the centrifugal compressors?
I am putting together a 77 with A/C and found an 85 with a V6 and A/C. I was thinking about pulling the compressor and hoses off it for my 77. It looks the shorter compressor would work better with headers. Does anyone know about swapping A/C stuff? |

ooo, i heard the shorter compressors suck, and not in a good way. My understanding is the bigger sized old ones whoop the butts of the newer, smaller ones. My bud up the street with the 84 sierra classic had to replace his old big one with a new small one, and he hates it. i got the original compressor in ol red and still blows ice cold, when i use it
