Question 2 questions

How do I determine if an alternator is internal or external regulated and how do I clean old aluminum parts to make them nice and shiny again?

Thanks
Ralph

You might get a better response if you post this in the 67-72 message board

You can paint the aluminum parts with Krylon Bright Metallic, and they will look brand new.Juts like a new intake you pull out the box

Eastwood sells a cast aluminum restoration kit and buffing stuff, something you might want to look into.
