Suburban & Panel Lock Sets + Rear Armrests
We now have ignition/door lock sets available for the Suburban & Panel truck with rear barn doors. Previously the only lock sets available came with a ignition lock, & 2 door locks all keyed to work with the same key which left Suburban & panel truck owners 1 door lock short for those with rear barn doors so I had sets made that contain all 3 door locks & the ignition lock with gaskets & retainers. You'll find them here
http://www.gmcpauls.com/Exterior.htm Still no help yet for those with a rear hatch needing a lock yet. We also now offer the Suburban / Blazer / Jimmy rear armrests in black available for both left & right side. You'll find them here http://www.gmcpauls.com/upholstery671.htm GMCPaul |

Can you also get the matching glove box lock? I'd like 2 sets if you can do it.

More great stuff..
...from GMC Paul for us "BURB-NUTS"...Thanks, Paul!
BTW when I replaced the original from-the-factory outer rear passenger side door handle in our BURB and the original from-the-factory rear cargo door handle (barn door) I noticed that the "push-rods" (located beneath the button) that activates the unlock pads on the rear pass door and the right rear cargo door mechanisms were of UNEQUAL lengths on the original handles (the rear cargo door push rod was longer than the passenger door push rod)...I used two reproduction right side door handles to replace the these original handles and I had to add about 1/4" to the rear cargo door push rod to match it up with the original factory push rod length. This may well be peculiar to our specific BURB, but both door handles replaced were the originals. I spent some time trying to figure out why the new cargo door handle would not open the cargo door until I measured rod lengths. After adding to the barn door handle rod length it worked as it should. 7T1BURB |

When the tailgate locks come out, I'lle be 1st in line. Be nice to see a new handle for the liftgate and the bezel for the lock too....
