too many bytes

Tried to post some pics of the newest heep but it wont up load says too many bytes . How can i lower the amount ? Note i tried just one and it still said it was too much

actually, i think josh may have lowered the size limits. Seems I have to go less than 500 X ???
It could be this puter...i'm not used to it yet.

Size must have been changed, had to do mine at 50-60% of the original size...

I depends upon the image editing software you have.
You can compress the image and make it smaller (bytes) yet maintain the same viewing size. (Up to the forum limit of course)

Or you could host it somewhere else and hot-link it.

It will take 640x480. I think that is the largest it will take. John Here is a free site to resize with.
