Look what followed me home!!! New toy!!!

I have been trying to buy this truck for about 5 years now and my patience finally paid off! 1969 1 ton, 350, SM420, PB with a "Wreck Master" wrecker bed. The bed is PTO run and it all appears to have built in '69. It needs a few things (disc brakes, 14 bolt rear, front fenders, etc...) but for now it is a running, working wrecker I can haul my junk with! Even the beacon lights work! Ha Ha! Tell me what you guys think!

Wow, never seen that color before. Is it a COPO truck? You oughta paint Tha Happy Hooker on the doors, as a fake buisness name.

Wrecker

Randy- This truck has always reminded me of cooters truck too!

Longhornman- It was painted green. They painted EVERYTHING and I do mean everything! The glovebox sticker is gone so I don't know the original options. Do to stupid insurance rules and regulations I don't think I can get away with painting anything on it excapt "not for hire".

Thanks guys! I am really digging it!

Flags

Randy,

Don't worry, the flags are staying! I took some close ups for reference when I do paint it. I got a buddy that does pinstriping so he is going to hook me up!
