How common is this?
Was just wondering how common is it for a 72 swb to have a two piece drive shaft . Mines got one and I was just under the impression that they were for longer trucks. Just seems odd to me ..

All short bed V8 auto trucks that I've ever seen had factory 2 piece shafts.

Hmmm, i always thought they were one piece too.
My 69 SWB GMC was originally a 305 V-6 and a TH400...one piece shaft. |
