I am glad to here you are alright. Too bad about the truck!! I know of a 67 GMC Short Wide for sale close to me that has been restored and the ownter want $6500.00 for it. Here is a couple of pictures, it looks kind of like yours.

Here is a link to where it is on my site for sale: http://www.classicheartbeat.com/bill...for%20sale.htm
This is not my truck, it belongs to a customer of mine. The contact information is all on my site at the above link though. It has a small block 400 engine, and T-350 trans. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Are you looking for a driver? If not, then a friend of mine has a 71 or 72 SWB Fleetside that needs to be re-assembled. Has a new crate 350, new tranny, frame and suspension powdercoated black (with a drop kit). Bed is painted black, but rest of truck needs paint. Lots of new parts included. He brought it from a guy who lost interest. It is located in Vallejo, and I think he is asking around $3000 but I may be wrong. Let me know... I think he is willing to sell without motor and tranny...

WTB a new truck to replace my loss

David M: Rough luck! I empathize with your situation! To get your truck just the way you wanted it and then to lose it in an instant by a reckless act by a reckless act by a civil servant no less! If you buy the 67 GMC Short Wide that Wes suggested was available I would love to have 1st dibs on the step bumper for my 67 stepside! thanks in advance for your consideration................theo geobel
