Depends on your skill level and pocket book. I can tell the bed need some work to it to fit nicely. But the truck seems pretty soild, and it's a shortie 2wd. Not much good at putting a value on things. Mainly it's only worth what someone is will to pay for it. Hopefully someone else can help you more.

if you could do all the work of putting it back together yourself, you could save some money. but if you have to take it to a shop and have them reassemble it for you... well lets just say they will have some time in it.
