1971 GM Truck Built in Uruguay- Brochure
This is an odd brochure on ebay about a GM Built, truck powered with a Bedford Motor..built by GM Uruguay. Info for the sleepless I suppose. It's in Spanish.

I wonder how close that is to the original [c.'65 ?] K/5 concept? They originally intended a real 1/4 ton truck -- hence the designation (half of a K/10). By the '69 model year (1968) GM bagged the seperate design and went for a cut-down full size truck -- the 1st Gen Blazer we all know and love today. And I know I love my Jimmy precisely because the parts will fit on any other '67 -'72 GM truck.
