good ole Classic Industries

Well this stinks.I ordered carpet from these people for a family members s-10 for Christmas over a week ago and wondered why i hadnt gotten it yet.So i email them this morning and get back"your carpet is on back order,we have no date for availability"thats pretty much it,so i email back and ask shouldnt they have let me know this? Its been paid for over a week and a half.I get back" yes i see we didnt contact you,we have no date of availability"thats about it.The only reason i used them this time was a i needed to use up a gift certificate i had so it would benefit a family member for Christmas.NEVER AGAIN

They Should Tell You

Most vendors I have deal with usually tell me when I order something whether they have it in stock or have to get it from a supplier. After being on the planet a little longer and getting things broke off in my a** I always ask if the item is in stock or not then try to find out when its going to come if not in stock. If they are wishy washy with that info I do not deal there.. Just my $.02... Merry Christmas everyone..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Mike,Well here is the lastest. After i emailed them several times this week, they finally responded by saying we are going to have it drop shipped
from the manuf. and i should have it in 5 or so days and they took 20% offf the bill.So i guess i have a $20 "credit" with them.As long as i get the carpet ill be good.

Might I suggest ACC out of Anniston, Alabama. I have used them twice in the past for original and custom needs. They usually ship the same day as long as I call by lunch. They offer very competitive pricing!

I got a refund for a jacket from classic industries (long story..big headache)...it was only like $75. They couldnt send me the money in one check...took 3 checks to refund my money. They gave it back, but why 3 checks? Just added more days to the already delayed transaction.
