Quick radio speaker Question ??
Ok, forgive my ignorance in advance. I have a 72 blazer and am attempting to install an original speaker/bracket. From the illustrations I have the speaker sits in the bracket, facing upwards. It looks like a very tight fit between the speaker and the top of the dash. Also, how is the speaker heard since there is no grille ? I hope I am making sense.

Speaker
I don't know about Blazers but P/U's have a grille in the dash between the defrost vents. I just figured the Blazer would have the same.

And yes there is very little room, even less if you have A\C. I have found the best way to work up there is to take out the glove box.
