Warning Fraudulent Ebay Email
I received the following email today. I advised Ebay and they informed me that they did not send it. The senders email address is also listed below. I pays to check with Ebay when you receive these things.
Due to internet fraud, our company has decided to update our data base starting with the reconfirmation of users' information. We are sure that you'll cooperate so that fraud can be stopped. spoof@paypal.com Forward any quesionable email from either to the appropriate address above, it helps them track the scammers (supposedly).

I get one or two similar notes a day from mostly eBay.
The best thing to do is delete ANYTHING in your email from Paypal and eBay as they know better than to send out stuff like that. eBay is based in San Fran CA and I know that makes them real weird people but it is thier job and they don't like flipping burgers. |

I got one this morning from "Smith Barney" asking me to confirm my account !! I get them often supposedly from eBay and Paypal , just send them to the aforementioned addresses .
I only wish I were a Smith Barney customer ! No money LOL Papao55
