Been there. I broke some paint paddles into little pieces and used it to spread the windshield gasket apart I did this right after putting windshield in. On a sunny day several weeks later I used tons of gojo and wd40, a windshield fiber stick, and those little picks. Used the little picks to make the windshield rubber go over the trim. It was a pain, but it worked and is still in. Good Luck. I swore I would never try to do the windshield again. I'll take it somewhere next time! Hope there's not a next time.

1. install rubber gasket on window

2. install chrome/trim in gasket

3. install in the truck
