Need help on mounts

I need some help bidding on these are they bb mounts they kinda look like sb mounts.

I've been watching those too. The small hole is what I don't like. The shape looks right though, hard to tell from the angle he took the pics. I would rather be safe than sorry. If he would send you some pics from head on you could tell.
