Met another member today

I was up at 4:30 and gone by 4:50AM.
Drove to lolife99's. Met up with Keith about 8:40 I think.
One of the problems with parts is that if the part is too big to ship, it is very hard to arrange pickup. The further away, the more difficult.
Keith is only 3 + hours one way but with his work and mine, this took some time to set up.
I want to thank him for holding the parts, staying up after working all night and for the great price.
Another member to add to my list of great people met and that I would buy from again in a heartbeat.

I have always prefered these wheels to the fan blade looking type. Just had to find them. The other difference was about 1.5" in height. Maybe mama's old tires were just that worn. Lead footed woman.
It is a shame too that so many of my parts runs are too quick to really visit with the other members.
We have got to have a get together.
August at my place?

Sorry,... no help with Cards tickets. It would be nice to have a Missouri meet somewhere. It may have to be Kansas meet at teeitup's place when he gets those 20+ trucks in!

I've been thinking about having one here, I'll try to do some planning, I'd rather have it in June or July I think. But if Kevin wants to have it thats fine with me too.

Edmond and Antoinette are coming from the Neatherlands to stay with me for a few days in August. Hence the time period.
We have never spoken. Never met. I have been sending Edmond parts for over a year now to help with his Longhorn. They have been planning a trip here for quite awhile and it would be cool to get some members together while they are here.
They are arriving on the 22nd and out again on the 26th.

I'm in KCMO (Lee's Summit actually) and I'd love to go to a board meet and learn some things about my truck and others. I've met Randy (teeitup), but haven't been to his place yet. He's a great guy to do business with.
Let me know when plans are finalized.

PS. -NU2-72, Where is Amazonia?

Fulton is about 90 miles west of St. Louis. It's about 5 miles south of I-70 on Hwy 54.

Amazonia is 20 miles North of St. Joseph. I can be at KCI in 45 minutes from my house. Straight up 29 to the Fillmore exit then 3 miles South.
