4 sale or 4 parting 72 GMC lwb

Truck is Sold.

Looking to sell or part this '72 GMC It has factory air, PS, PDB. Very nice lwb bed. I'll try to post pics. NO MOTOR OR TRANNY! It was a 350/350 combo. NO TITLE!
I'm asking $400 for the whole thing or will consider parting if there is no interest in it whole. Please respond to this thread if interested so things will be in order of who wants what. Bear with me as I'm working this weekend, but can get pics of anything you need. No prices on parts yet as I stated I would prefer to sell whole, but I will give you a price on individual items as requested if it is parted.
Let me email the pics to someone who can post them for me, tried but they're too large!
Thanks,
Matthew

Hey Mathew, I'd buy it if it has a good cab. I don't mind replacing rockers & corners, but don't want one with any rust above the floor. I need to get up there and see your collection anyway!

Hey Matt.
I wonder if that GMC has any original documentation in the glovebox that you would be selling???? I have been searching for a 72 GMC owner manual, emission document, and warranty packet as well as the plastic envelope they come in. If you are wanting to sell anything likre that off of this truck I would be a buyer.
Also I noticed this truck was built in Janesville, WI and that it looked like it has a very early production number. Was it built in August 71? It should say on the drivers door. I think mine is number 748 for the 72 model year at that plant, and it would be cool to have the whole truck, but I am in Missouri, and I have no way to get the whole rig here.
Thanks, Ozark Tim

If the fuel tank sender unit is intact I would like that. If it is there, it should be a two-line one. And if that is the case, I am interested.
Let me know.
Thanx

One thing I didn't mention that I got off the truck(not included) is the radiator overflow bottle, if that kills the deal on the whole thing just let me know.
This is a list, in order of the folks who are interested and have dibs on the whole thing.
1.vjthibeault-haven't heard anything back yet from you
2.HuggerCST-sending PM
3.Bill-sending PM
4.teeitup-C'mon it's just a road trip!

If the truck gets parted you guys will have dibs on the parts mentioned.

Ozark Tim-Sorry but the GB was pretty much MT, no documentation
Paul72-you'll have dibs if it parts
jtminton-haven't check it, so I dunno

rodstored-72, those fenders will only be good for you if you intend on changing to a GMC clip or over to a 68 Chevy clip(68 Chevy fenders are the same as 68-72 GMC). If you need fenders for the stock 72 clip, you will need to look for 69-72 Chevy only fenders...

Matthew, if the fenders won't work for what rodstored-72 wants to do, I would possibly be interested in the drivers side fender if it isn't rotted or banged up too bad... I would need a price w/ shipping to NJ 08071...

Thanks,
Joe

bagged91-Thanks for posting the info on the fenders.
It's looking like it might sell complete, but everyone who has asked about parts will have first shot at the parts wanted if the deal falls through.
Thanks for the interest in the truck,
Matthew
