bed side question...

well...here's the problem...my bedsides are kinda rotted. In the JY, there's a steel bed with a dented to hell floor, but the bedsides are good (dented wheelwells, but I've got those). Are they interchangeable? and by interchangeable, I mean bolt on? If so, I may grab 'em...

yep, its all pretty much bolted together back there. You might have probs with the rust though, take some PB Blaster with you and some long breaker (cheater) bars.

yeah there is usually a little tack weld on the rear of bed down close to where the tailgate hinges. You will need a cutting wheel, grinder , or torch it off both sides. If you dont you will bend some metal you probably dont want to!

Very simple swap there are 2 tack welds in th rear tailgate area on each side that need to be delt with just unbolt the reat you may want to bring along a fattie phillips screw driver as there are 2 big phillips screws up top in each front corner to deal with..

yeah, I know about teh tack welds on the back shelf, the wood bed has those too (though one withered away and is loose now), I was just curious if they did bolt on.
