Mine was optioned with 17.5 rims. 5.25 shoulder x 17.5 diameter, w/ 7.00 X 17.5 tires. When these became unavailable I went to 8.00 X 17.5 rubber. In the mid -80s I changed from bias ply to radials, R8-17.5LTs. After only 300,000 miles my stock rims were shot. I tried 8 x 15 rims but finally went to 7 x 16s.
