power steering pulleys info
H List1
well I am learning the hard way about pulleys. now I am trying to figure out the pulleys on the power steering pump for a 1972 C10 350,, auto, A/C, P/S and short water pump. I have installed the 3 groove crank pulley(flush mount,no off set). got the power steering pump installed and noticed the pulley does not line up, it is lined up in the mddle of front and moddle pully on crank. I have bought 3 pumps now and all have different pulleys......learning..... I need the one that is flat now, and usees a nut not allen screw. I will post pics tomorrow when its daylight. I got the A/c in and it lines up, now putting in power steering, fitting the pump and MAN! so many choices in pulleys....doh! any insight? Learning the old fashion way........by gettin dirty.....
