front end noise
I have a 99 z-71 with a little over 100,000 miles that makes a rattling noise from the front end when driving between 20 and 40 mph. I have had it up on my rack and cannot find anything loose or for that matter any extra play in it what so ever. I thought maybe someone has had similar problems so I dont have to change parts till I find whats wrong.
Thanks Bryan

Check the usual, ball joint, etc. make sure the crossmember botl are tight, also look at the bushings the the torsion bars mount through, on the frame and A arm, i've seen them wear out on the frame and sound like a front end noise. If you can, get or borrow a set of chassis ears and start checking everything to try and pinpoint it.
