Bellhousing leak?
I've had an oil leak for a while now, it looks like it's coming from the bellhousing but how? It's definitely around that area, is there supposed to be a gasket wher the tranny meets the block?

It sounds like the rear main seal is leaking to me.

If you are lucky the leak is coming from the back of a valve cover or the back of the intake and running down the block and that just looks like where it is coming from. If you are not lucky it could be your real seal,or cam galliery plug or one three oil passage plugs behind the flywheel. Try to really clean the block and find out where the leak is coming from and then you will know where to go from there.
