Light Switch Removal

Installing new Tach dash...Have everything off...Light switch holding me up,Does it all come off,or just the knob...Thanks........Windshield wiper knob had set screw..Hope fully some one will post an answer so I can get back to it..Thanks............

There is a release button on top of the switch housing. You have to depress this before pulling the knob assembly all the way out......

Pull the knob out as far as it will go before pressing the button. Then press the button, and the knob will come the rest of the way out.

Thanks for the info..Went out and worked on it some more after I posted and got out my other truck manuals and figured it out.Got the new tach dash installed on the LONGHORN..........
