1972 GMC K25, what's it worth?

I'm thinking about selling the 1972 GMC 3/4 4x4 I bought off of a board member a year and a half ago. Just trying to get some idea if it's worth selling since I can't see myself getting to it in the next two years.

Things of note about it:
- it's a 3/4 4x4
- no engine but there is a TH400 and part time NP 205 (from a 79 4x4?) and all driveshafts. (plus I've also got a spare TH350 and FullTime NP203 that can go with it)
-Dana 44?? posi rear axle, manual hubs in front
- solid LWB frame
- bed floor is a done deal as are the tubs, the outsides of the bedsides have a few dents that I think can be easily repaired plus some minor rust, I should point out that the tailgate mount on the passenger side has rusted off. no tailgate.
- cab needs new supports and at least one inner rocker and outer, cab corner.
- hacked non-air dash, gauges but no tach and no tilt.
- glass is all good, with a rear slider
- both doors need repair at the bottoms, inside and out
- front fenders have surface rust and perforation
- inner fenders will need to be replaced
- core support rusted out where the inner fenders meet it
- hood has a crack along the front edge (bondo?) but is ok otherwise.
- grill has surface rust, but could be brought back.

Quite frankly I nearly deleted the message at this point because it was starting to sound pretty grim. I really don't want to see it sit for a few more years before I get to it, neither do I want to rush the current project vehicles just to get to it sooner.

What's it worth? Considering that you don't see too many of these up here. I'm not interested in parting it out so a complete vehicle price is what I'm after.

I'll post some pictures tonight.

Ron
