Question Gear Advice Wanted

I'm tired of hearing my truck whining at 70 mph. I just got it and I don't know what gears are in it. Any advice on what to go with?

if it's whining at 70 you've got 2choices. #1 drive at 50mph OR #2 change the rear end gear to a highway friendly 308 or similar ratio

Yeah I'm wanting to change the rear end, which is probably a 4:10, and the tranny, which is a 3-speed. I just don't know for sure what I want to go with.
