custom shock mounts

anyone have pics of a good design ( or link to a manufacturer) for mounting dual shocks ( or more) on each corner ? i had a plan but it has flaws so im looking for a new idea, any info would be appreciated thanks

You can get factory parts for the front. Not sure about the rear.
