The white 3/4 ton 4x4 seems promising. I've heard that white doesn't sell, so I'm watching its auction to see what happens. Why did the seller call it a C-20 4wd? Mistake or a conversion? These burb sellers as of late seem to either mistake the model designation or hide the history of parts swapping.

And once again we see an nice, painted, original A/C burb with non-functional A/C and not even a compressor installed. That kills the selling price. With those tinted windows, A/C with roof air would have gone over big. I'd guess that would push the price over 10k.

Do not really care for the first ones color. Army green? But that is just me. I am sure some do not like yellow.

No one ever bid on a Nevada 3/4t 4wd Suburban?I never saw this post before today. As far as the C/20 4wd,in this case it could be for hiding a conversion, since seller didn`t reveal the VIN#.But,this is a common thing. Most people(alot) aren`t aware of the whole K-model/4wd thing. At least until lately. For years I`ve been going to buy parts and when asked what model I tell them, for example,`71 K/20.Then they would ask is it 1/2 or 3/4 ton and 2 or 4wd.I know, dumb counter people. But,I`ve seen people refer to their vehicles as C...4wd.I can see where it could happen with a 69/70 that has C/10,20,30 fender badges.

Yup, I too think the white Nevada burb should have got a hit. Looking at the pics again, I noticed that they were washed out with too much light. Like they were taken in the middle of the day. Usually, buyers take pics in the morning or evening to use the warm glow and angled sunrays to highlight the color and de-emphasize the flaws with the resulting shadows. I guess there's such a thing as too much light with a white truck. Maybe a poor quality digicam was used.

Poor tires, also, though I'd have thought that would be the least concern. Maybe for even low value trucks, overall whole-package looks make more of difference on ebay than I think. Of course, the buyer set his starting bid at what his reserve likely was to avoid reserve fees. Chancy on a project truck. And, again, if only he had the A/C functional to go with the tinted windows.
