Black`69 Panel/Gold Interior
I thought I already posted this, musta forgot to punch "submit".I hate when that happens!Anyway, yes it`s the cherry one one E-bay that we were talking about in the trucks for sale section. There`s a link there.I figure everybody`s done checking it out.We were wondering why it had a Gold interior and was Black on the exterior. And,you can see overspray on the firewall where it`s gold below.I never looked at the VIN-spec sheet until yesterday.I noticed it says Black with no mention of Med.Gold Met.I`m thinking one of the guess could be right. Is this an early`69 with the same paint style as a`68(except it`s not Fawn)?Or,Is this a Panel thing?Did the factory change the color per special order after it was built?Any takers on this?

All panels had same neutral interior colour regardless of exterior colour. These were strictly utilitarian vehicles and it simplified production.
