Question did they ever make....

did they ever make an AM/FM radio for our trucks? if so, what would one cost? does anyone have one for sale? thx.

in 72 they did...maybe 71.
They are not cheap though...onless you catch someone who don't know what they have...

well....for that price, i'll just try and get a stock am radio and do the hidden cd player etc. how mcuh for a am radio?

I have a Custom Autosounds am/fm radio that looks kinda like an am pushbutton radio when the power is off. Has controls for a 6 disc cd changer and fits in the stock hole. Check it out here. It sounds good like it is, and has preouts for amps if you want um.

I paid $65 for an original, near mint condition AM radio from a fellow board member. I had been looking for an 8-track just for fun, but both 8-track and AM/FM are fairly rare and pretty expensive. I went the original AM/hidden CD player route...

there are guys that can convert am to fm for less, i dont remember who, ive seen ads in truck mags

check car ones also
