Please confirm that this is a correct 4x4 fan shroud

I want to sell my 4x4 fan shroud but I want to confirm that it is correct for our trucks.

Here's the story:
I pulled it out of my '69 K5 blazer since I went to electric fans. It mounted up to the correct mounting holes so I think it's correct.... but the engine is not original and I'm not sure what else has been changed out. (the engine in it does have a short water pump).

Also were these same shrouds used in all 67-72 4x4 trucks?

I want to put this on Ebay but I don't want to put incorrect info in the listing (I hate that)

A bit of 5 miute epoxy and some Dupli-color black plastic & vinyl paint will make that look like new again. Just wondering why you don't list it here 1st ?
