Problems after restoration
i recently restored my dads 87 and now every time i start the truck the windsheild wipers turn on for about 3-4 swipes any ideas why this is doing this

It sounds like a bad module if it has the interval wipers. They do weird things when they go bad. It is a black plastic piece with an aluminum heatsink. It is attached to the bottom of the steering colum under the removeable plate where the column reaches the dash.

Well I guess I'm in mid-restoration still but I have a question (if I can't figure it out my dad's work will soon when she gets towed in for inspection), but I changed the box and wiring harness (the new boxes harness had a different plug, I got it all figured out what side reconnected grounds, and there's nothing from good bulbs I put in there, any thoughts? I don't think there's power going there for some reason.

What did the replacement harness come out of and what bulbs are not working?
